Patients who have the following disorders may be medically certified for a medical marijuana card in the State of Pennsylvania:
   anxiety disorders
   autism
   post-traumatic stress disorder
   Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, cancer, Crohn's Disease and other inflammatory bowel  diseases, central       
   nervous system damage, neuropathy, and spasticity, movement disorders, epilepsy, glaucoma, AIDS/HIV,
   Huntingdon's Disease, intractable seizures, multiple sclerosis,  neurodegenerative diseases, Opioid Use
   Disorder, Parkinson's Disease, severe intractable pain, sickle cell anemia, Tourette's Disorder, & terminal illness
 

Patients who are not my current patients must bring documentation of their approved
diagnosis from their previous practitioners. They must register at
medicalmarijuana.pa.gov. An appointment is required for both an initial certification and for a recertification on an   annual basis.
